The weird, the bizarre and the odd are getting ready to gather for a weekend of entertainment, education, commerce and camaraderie to celebrate all things horror and beyond, and make it the first weekend of its kind in the history of Atlantic City.

Hosted by Tropicana Casino & Resort, Bizarre A.C. comes to the Atlantic City Boardwalk 5 to 10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, noon to 10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14 and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 15.

Admission is $20 for a one-day pass, $30 for a two-day pass and $40 for a full weekend pass. An adult must accompany anyone under the age of 16. Children 10 and under get in free with a parent or guardian.

The event includes a variety of interactive components, a bizarre cast of characters and some of the most entertaining and crazy band of misfits you might ever see.

Attendees will be able to shop with the unique exhibitors of the bizarre bazaar as well as enjoy the sideshow gathering and Hall of Oddities. Horror movie fans are sure to enjoy movie screenings, complete with question and answer sessions, and the chance to delve into the minds of some up-and-coming film makers.

Bizarre A.C. will also host the “who’s who” in horror personalities featuring Kane Hodder from Friday the 13th, Doug Bradley from Pinhead, Heather Langenkamp from Nightmare on Elm Street, Tony Todd from Candyman, Bill Moeseley from 1,000 Black Corpses, John Kassir from Crypt Keeper as well as many others.

On Saturday, the event offers attendees the chance to show off their best monster, zombie, creature or alien costume in the Bizarre A.C. Costume Contest for a chance to win great prizes. Attendees can also join chefs and culinary stars in Bizarre Bites, a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
